THE PROCESS

We want good tenants just as much as you do! We pride ourselves in the quality of tenants we are able to attract. We use the most up to date management platforms in the industry today to seek out and find the best tenants and are always improving as innovation changes our industry. Also, an extensive screening and credit investigation helps to ensure we select just the right tenant for your investment.
Vacancies are expensive for both of us. We make every effort to keep our vacancies to a minimum. Our aggressive marketing techniques allow your property to be presented to the largest possible market in the shortest possible time.
Applicants are required to complete a rental application and provide credit information. We are able to run a complete credit check on all prospective tenants, at no cost to you!
Once the application is approved, appointments are made to sign the actual agreement. This gives us a chance to answer any questions and to carefully explain to the tenant their responsibilities.
We then undertake a move-in inspection. We find this helps develop working relationships and gives us one more opportunity to encourage tenants to take pride in their home.

Buyers Representative

As your Buyer's Representative, we can make the process of house hunting much easier and more efficient than if you did it all yourself.
